3. Compounding Services & FDA Disclosures

MedFront LLC operates as a licensed community and compounding pharmacy under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules:

All compounded preparations require a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner authorized to prescribe in the State of Texas or relevant jurisdiction. MedFront LLC reserves the right to verify prescriptions with the prescriber prior to dispensing.

Healthcare prescribers accessible through telehealth links, referrals, or telecare options are independent practitioners. They are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of MedFront LLC.

MedFront LLC does not practice medicine and is not responsible for any diagnosis, clinical judgment, prescription decision, or clinical consultation provided by independent practitioners.

5. Prescription Orders, Refills & Transfers

When submitting refill or transfer requests through our website:

• Refill requests are subject to practitioner authorization, active refill limits, and professional pharmacist review.

6. Delivery, Courier & Texas Shipping

MedFront LLC provides local courier delivery across eligible Dallas-Fort Worth zip codes as well as tracked postal delivery across Texas.

Patients are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring appropriate receipt of temperature-sensitive formulations. Once handed to a common carrier or independent courier, transit delays caused by severe weather or carrier disruptions are outside our direct control, though our team will assist in tracking and resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedFront LLC and its officers, directors, pharmacists, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or pharmacy services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
